The toys for the 14th Annual Public Safety Holiday Needy Drive were blessed by Rev. Michael F. Tunney, S.J. on Thursday, December 11 and delivered to The Ladies of Charity Christmas Program.
Donations will be accepted until Christmas Eve and delivered as we receive them.

The college is pleased to announce that Christmas hours (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with 1/2 hour for lunch) will be in effect starting Monday, December 15 through January 9. Adjustments in hours may be made where workloads require different operating hours.

The Koessler Center will be closing at 4:00 p.m. n Friday, December 12. Recreation hours for the KAC over winter break are as follows:
Monday, December 15 – Friday, December 19, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The KAC will be closed for recreation from Monday, December 22 – Friday, January 2. It will reopen Monday, January 5 – Friday, January 9, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The pool will not be open at all during winter break, nor will there be open hours on Saturdays and Sundays during the break.
The KAC will resume its regular days and hours on Monday, January 12.

The Office of Student Life will continue to sell Laverne Cox tickets this week and next. Tickets are available to Canisius undergraduate and graduate students, and current faculty and staff.
Undergraduate tickets are $5 each and graduate, faculty and staff tickets are $10 each. There is a limit of two (2) tickets per Canisius ID.
Laverne Cox, known for her leading role on the Netflix hit series “Orange is the New Black,” will speak at Canisius College on Thursday, January 15 at 7p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center.
The Office of Student Life is located on the lower level of Dugan Hall. Tickets will be sold between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
