International Student Programs Seeks More Canisius Community Families

The Office of International Student Programs is seeking six more community families for international students from China, Japan, South Korea and Germany. This is a program that the office provides to assist with international students’ transition to Canisius and the United States. Similar to a host family program, we connect students with Canisius faculty, staff and alumni so that they may experience what it is like to be part of an American family in Buffalo, New York. Whether you are a family of one or 20, we appreciate anyone who is willing to volunteer his/her time to be a part of this program. International Student Programs sponsors events each semester to which we invite our community families and international students. Should you be interested in signing up for this program or have any questions regarding it, please contact us at ispmail@canisius.edu or the Canisius Community Family Program website to complete the application online: http://www.canisius.edu/resources/services/international-student/family-program/
