Rev. Dani Villanueva SJ, director of Entreculturas in Madrid, Spain, will speak on campus, Thursday, February 27. He will give a formal presentation that will take place from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. in OM 220, with a Q&A session to follow.
The Teacher Education Club (TED) hosted an informational meeting last fall about Entreculturas, which is an international Jesuit organization (currently in Europe and South America) that promotes social justice. There was a lot of interest in a possible college-wide collaboration. Canisius College would be the first English-speaking Jesuit college to participate in this well-respected worldwide organization.
