Please join us in the Grupp Fireside Lounge at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, February 24 for a lecture by T. Frank Kennedy, Canisius Professor at Boston College. His lecture is titled “Jesuits and Music: The Case of the Latin American Jesuit Missions.”
Father Kennedy is the rector of the Jesuit community and director of the Jesuit Institute, a research institute at Boston College. This fine musicologist has edited, produced and professionally recorded four baroque operas associated with the early Society of Jesus. Father Kennedy has a master of fine arts degree in harpsichord and baroque performance practice.
