On February 13, 2014 the Human Resources Department in conjunction with Child & Family Services will host an enrichment seminar on stress and change.
The presenter, Jackie Stroh, will discuss how to deal positively with stress and change, and how to respond rather than react to the cycle of stress by setting goals and priorities.
There will be two sessions held in Regis South from 12-1 p.m. and 1:15-2:15 p.m. All faculty and staff are invited to attend.
Jackie Stroh is an MBA graduate of Canisius College and currently the president of CLARION CALL, LLC, an independent trainer and consultant for companies, non-profits and individuals, primarily in the areas of management development, team building, one on one coaching and conflict prevention.
Participation in this seminar is a metric that Independent Health utilizes to determine the college’s final medical insurance premiums.
