Nominations are open through Friday of this week for the 2013-2014 academic year nominees for the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., (MLK) Award!

Canisius College would like to acknowledge a student and/or a non-student (faculty, staff or administrator) who represent(s) the ideals of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The nominee(s) must demonstrate one or more of these qualities: promoting social justice, racial harmony, civil rights, human rights, advocacy for the poor or non-violence. The deadline for nominations is Friday, February 7, 2014.

The MLK Award(s) will be presented at the Honors Convocation, May 16. You may find a printable form and a form to submit nominations online at   Print forms are available on campus as well.
