Your Golden Griffin ice hockey team is back in action this evening (Thursday, January 23) as they host first-place Mercyhurst at 7 pm in the Buffalo State Sports Arena. There will be free Tim Hortons hot chocolate, coffee and Timbits at the door.
Mercyhurst currently sits atop the league standings with an 11-1-3 mark, while your Griffs are sitting in fifth. The Lakers lone league loss came to Canisius in Buffalo, this past November.
