The Canisius College Video Institute production of the October episode of Kaleidoscope is now airing on Time Warner Cable. This 30-minute television program celebrates the religious diversity of our region, and represents collaboration between the Video Institute and the Network of Religious Communities. Kaleidoscope is re-broadcast each Friday at 6:35 pm on Time Warner Cable 20.

This episode features a story about the significance and meaning of Hajj, an Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca and the largest gathering of Muslim people in the world, as well as a story about the history and religious diversity of the Hispanic Community of Western New York.

Students in the Canisius College Video Institute produce Kaleidoscope monthly under the direction of Barbara Irwin, PhD, professor of Communication Studies and co-director of the Institute, and Paula DeAngelis-Stein, COM ’86/MS ’02.
