The first iPad Users Group will meet on Friday, September 13 at 1:30 p.m. in SH 1017. We will introduce some new applications to the group and look forward to hearing how others are using these very useful tablet platforms.

If you don’t own an iPad and are thinking of getting one, you’re invited. If you have another tablet like an Android tablet, you’re invited. If you own a smart phone, you’re invited. The purpose of this group is to share ideas, and how useful these tools might be when integrated into the classroom and into our daily lives.

For additional information, please visit the iPad Users Group blog. The schedule for the 2013-2014 academic year will be found in the blog within a few days. We also post interesting “how-to” articles and links to applications the group has discovered.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact either Scott Clark at clarks@canisius.edu or Joe Rizzo at rizzo1@canisius.edu. We’ll be happy to answer your questions.
