Seventeen members of the campus community participated in the college’s Burrito Project coordinated by Campus Ministry.  The Burrito Project provides fresh, home-made burritos to the marginalized and homeless population in the city of Buffalo. Volunteers prepared the burritos on campus and then served them as they walked a four-mile route in downtown Buffalo.
