The New York State Wage Theft Prevention Act (WTPA) requires that employers provide for employees the Notice and Acknowledgement of Pay Rate and Payday form that outlines pay rate, overtime rate (if applicable), pay frequency along with pay day, and other information about Canisius College. Faculty and staff will be able to identify their primary language and accept this notification with a click of a button.
Please use the following link http://apps.canisius.edu/payratenotice or the link in MyCanisius under Web HR (Pay Rate Acknowledgement) to see your notice. Enter your email username and password. Please sign electronically by hitting the “acknowledgement” button. A print option will appear once you have signed.
