The jury is in! The great debate on relationship communication and responsible decision making takes center stage with “He Said-She Said”  at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15 in the Regis Room. This program is open to the entire Canisius College community.

An entergetic presenter will take the audience through the real-life story of two students who meet at the beginning of the school year in Calculus class. They become study partners. One night they meet up at a party. They both drink and then hook-up. Did someone cross the line, or did both behave irresponsibly?

With witty references to Facebook pokes, text messaging, and friend lists; the story of Jake and Erica resonates with today’s campus culture, instantly enabling students to see themselves in a similar situation. Combining this youth currency with information about substance use and sexual assault research, our skillful presenter will challenge students to take responsibility for their community as well as examine their role as bystanders in a number of social settings.
