Tune in to “Crossroads” radio program on Sunday, October 7, when Michael Gent, PhD, professor of management, and Devonya Havis, PhD, assistant professor of philosophy, talk about ‘Immersion East Side.’

The two-week long Ignatian seminar, which Gent and Havis hosted this summer, took Canisius students beyond the classroom to explore the diverse cultural, political, economic and religious environments that characterize the East Side of Buffalo.

“Crossroads” is hosted by Rev. Jonathan D. Lawrence, PhD, associate professor of religious studies and theology, and president of the Network of Religious Communities (NRC). The interreligious/ecumenical organization promotes dialogue and collaboration among the many religious communities in the area.

“Crossroads” airs on Sundays at 6:00 a.m. on WJYE (96.1 FM) and at 6:30 a.m. on WBUF (92.9 FM).

The program can also be heard in its entirety, beginning October 9.
