Travel Policy Training

The college will roll out its new travel policy next week. An important aspect of this policy is the utilization of the college’s designated travel agency, The Travel Team. It is expected that the partnership with The Travel Team will achieve greater cost savings, stronger buying power and total transparency of all college related trends.

Training for the Concur Travel online booking tool is scheduled October 2nd and 3rd at 2:00 PM in Regis North for travelers who typically book their own travel. Please know The Travel Team’s technology is backed by travel experts, available 24/7 for any and all emergency situations. In addition agents are available to arrange complicated travel plans.

Additional training sessions will be scheduled in the upcoming weeks; including a session specific for travel arrangers – those who book travel arrangements for others.

Please call Kathy Kelly at 2240 to schedule your session.
