The Golden Griffin men’s soccer team, off to its best start ever and ranked third in its region, hosts a pair of non-conference tilts this weekend. Canisius will meet Big 4 rival St. Bonaventure on Friday night at the Demske Sports Complex at 7 p.m. before hosting St. Francis, PA at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
Canisius is currently 5-1-2 on the year while the Bonnies are 1-6-0 and St. Francis is 2-2-2. The Red Flash have only allowed five goals on the season and have defeated Cincinnati and tied Loyola, MD.
