Several public safety officers were honored August 31 during a ceremony in the office of Ellen O. Conley, PhD, vice president for student affairs. Lt. John Hach, Officer Dan Bluff, Officer Dennis Alessi and PO John Leszak received commendations for excellent police work and assisting the Buffalo Police Department. Fellow officers, family members and staff attended the ceremony.
“These officers demonstrated bravery and devotion to duty while protecting our students,” said Gary M. Everett, director of public safety.
