The Canisius Institute for the Study of Human-Animal Relations will host a symposium on the future of zoos February 10 (Friday) and February 11 (Saturday). The event is free and open to the public.

Twenty of the most important zoo directors and university professionals who play a role in shaping the zoo field will be on campus to share their thoughts.  All are welcome to attend an opportunity to share the thoughts with major thinkers in the zoo world.

On Friday (February 10), the symposium will take place from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. in Grupp.  On Saturday (February 11), the symposium will take place from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the CRC meeting room at the Buffalo Zoo.
