Canisius alum Peter Cimino ’03, co-owner of Lloyd Taco Truck and son of long-time facilities employee Gennaro Cimino, is in a race to be voted Best Food Truck in the country and currently ranks second in the Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race” contest.
