Administrator contracts will now be sent electronically.  The new distribution process provides the added convenience of an electronic signature.  This is a small step to conserve college resources and the environment.

Administrator contracts will be sent to individual Canisius email accounts on or about May 1.  A push of a button will date stamp and record acceptance of the contract.  Once accepted, a print option of the contract with the President’s signature will appear for anyone requiring a hard copy.  The process is quick and confidential; with all information recorded in the Department of Human Resources.
