Follett Higher Education Group at Canisius has hired Nancy Safe as textbook manager. Safe has extensive experience in higher education book stores and banking, and, most recently, was textbook supervisor at Follett’s University at Buffalo North Campus location. At UB, she worked with publishers, oversaw fulfillment of online orders, and hired, trained and supervised floor staff at one of Follett’s largest stores in Western New York. Safe will be responsible for working with faculty, assisting in the textbook adoption process, and ensuring that textbooks are ordered and received in a timely manner.
