The William H. Fitzpatrick Chair of Political Science Lecture Series will welcome former Colombian president César Gaviria tomorrow (April 14) at 7 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center. Gaviria’s lecture, entitled “Why Latin America Matters to the U.S.,” is free and open to the public.
