TIAA CREF Representative Coming To Campus

Bill Stark, individual consultant for TIAA CREF, will be on campus in the Student Center Executive Conference room for individual counseling sessions Thursday, December 9.  He will meet with individuals to review and discuss current investments, answer questions, and review their options to help meet retirement goals.

Thanksgiving Early Dismissal

The college is pleased to announce that it will be closing at 3 p.m. the day before Thanksgiving (Wednesday, November 24).  All but essential operating personnel are included in this early dismissal.  Also, please note that the college is closed the day after Thanksgiving (Friday, November 26).  The college will re-open on Monday, November 29.

DiGamma Honor Society Inducts Students Monday (November 29)

All are welcome to attend a formal induction of new members to the DiGamma Honor Society Student Chapter this Monday, November 29 at 7 p.m. in Christ the King Chapel. The new inductees are Jeffrey Amplement ’11, Camile Blum ’11, Sandra Casey ’12, Malinda Cruz ’11, Hunter Dudiewicz ’11, Maria Eugenio ’12, Kelly Fronczak ’11, Laura Knab ’12, Mary Mietlicki ’12, Kimberly Nauratil ’11, Katherine Songin ’12 and Hannah Valdes ’11..

Father Dugan Bobbleheads At December 1 Game

For those who missed their chance to receive a Father Dugan Bobblehead last year, a second chance to pick up one is coming.  The collector’s item bobblehead will be distributed (one per person) at the women’s basketball game vs. the University of Buffalo on December 1 at 7 p.m. in the Koessler Athletic Center.

Faculty-Staff Day at Women’s Basketball

All faculty and staff are invited to attend Faculty-Staff Day on Saturday, December 4, when the Golden Griffin women’s basketball team will host Duquesne at 2 p.m. in the Koessler Athletic Center.  This event is presented by Pearl Street Grill and Brewery.

Voucher will be sent out for a free ticket for faculty and staff plus one guest.  Additional tickets can be purchased for $3 from the ticket office.  Faculty and staff will have the chance to win a $50 gift certificate from Pearl Street, two tickets and a parking pass to the Bills game versus New England, and catch t-shirts from Tee Shirt University and Hart Hotels.
