After playing the first five games of the season on the road, the Canisius ice hockey team opens a three game homestand with a pair of games against Army this weekend. Games on Friday (October 29) and Saturday (October 30) start at 7 p.m. All Canisius home games are played at the Buffalo State Ice Arena.
The Griffs have bolted out to a 3-1-1 start and received votes two weeks ago in the national rankings after their near sweep of Western Michigan. The homestand will conclude with a game Nov. 2 against Niagara.
