Canisius College Science Hall
1901 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14208

Please join us for the fifth annual professional development conference, “Bringing Math into Focus”, to be held at Canisius College Science Hall on January 25, 2020. A trade exhibit will be held from 8:30am – 4:00pm. Vendor-sponsored continental breakfast and refreshments will be set up and conference participants will have the opportunity to visit vendors throughout the day. Conference activities will follow a staggered schedule that will provide time for conference attendees to visit the trade exhibit area.

This conference is designed to attract PreK-12 mathematics educators from across Buffalo and Erie County. Conference activities include practitioner workshops, vendor exhibits, grade band meetings, make-and-take, and a keynote address. The conference committee is electronically mailing publicity materials directly to public, private and charter schools in the Buffalo/Erie County area. Schools will share this information with their teachers.

This conference will provide exceptional opportunities for everyone in attendance. We look forward to seeing your organization’s representative at the conference. The exhibitor fee of $75 for table space or $125 for double table space includes one lunch ticket. Please bring a door prize valued minimally at $25 to be raffled off.

We’d also like to invite you to consider submitting a proposal for a workshop presentation (presentation proposals are due by October 25th). If you need more information please feel free to contact Dr. Barbara Burns, Conference Chair, at mathteacherconf@gmail.com or burns1@canisius.edu or call (716) 888-3291.

All vendor registrations are due by December 1, 2019.
