Here are two statistics-related conferences that Dr. Mel Crotzer attended recently.
The conference at Buff State focused on Data analytics. Presentations included how UB & Buff State are incorporating this into curricula. Industry & Erie County gave presentations on applications & needs. Beth Sardina talked on Health Insurance.
The conference at Geneseo was sponsored by the upstate chapter of the American Statistical Association. It focused on Modeling, Data Science, & some on teaching stats. (Canisius hosts this conference next year).
