We here at the Makerspace Creator Lab at Canisius University welcome you to our website! The Makerspace Creator Lab is open to all Faculty, Staff, and Students at Canisius University.

Open Hours/Event Dates
The Makerspace Creator Lab, located in Old Main 404, will be open at the following times (barring weather & holidays– make sure to check GriffConnect and the Blog page for more details and events):

For T-Shirt Pressing: Makerspace will supply materials for the vinyl or dye sublimation processes, but makers (students, faculty or staff) must supply apparel. We recommend, for Dye Sublimation Printing, polyester blend of 70% or higher (100% is best). Additionally, the brighter the article of clothing, the better.

- Coastal Business Supplies has a variety of apparel suitable for dye sublimation
- Coastal Business Supplies also has plenty of other items suitable for dye sublimation
For pressing vinyl designs we recommend a cotton-polyester blend, but up to 100% cotton will work.
