The Counseling Center now offers “Pop-Up Drop-In Hours” from 11:30am -1:30pm every Wednesday in Old Main 209. Pop-Up Drop-In hours provide an opportunity for any student who wants to connect more informally with a counselor, ask a quick question related to mental health, or to inquire about counseling services. If a student is curious about symptoms of depression or anxiety for example, there is an opportunity for students to take a mental health screening at Pop-Up Drop-In. Connecting with a counselor during this time is ideal for students who may be reluctant to walk into the Counseling Center initially or who are not sure if our services can meet their needs.

In addition, a daily “Drop-In Hour” is available M-F, from 3-4pm, in the Counseling Center (Bosch Hall 105). No appointment is needed (it is first-come, first-served). It is ideal for the student who needs to be seen same day, may be experiencing emotional distress or crisis, or is hesitant to make a formal appointment, but does
not mind informally finding out if we can assist them.
