In my first blog post I said that I was “looking forward to using this internship as an opportunity to learn all that I can about different software and technology that I was not previously familiar with” and I feel that I’ve definitely accomplished that in my time at Crosswater Digital Media. I was introduced to several different kinds of software that I was not aware of, prior to the internship, that I now feel like I have a decent grasp of. I also feel like I’ve learned a lot about different medical topics because of the content I was constantly seeing. This is something I didn’t expect, but it’s definitely an added bonus. This internship has been a great opportunity to get my foot in the door of the work world, and I hope every experience I have afterwards is just as pleasant and fulfilling.
