Final Internship Reflection

I really enjoyed my internship this semester. I liked continuing my projects at Full Circle Studios, as well as work on new ones. I got to continue my Visual Survey work, film videos for the Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper, film many videos for the NYS Parks, and attended many meetings and project proposals regarding all of these organizations and more. While I did not edit videos much this semester, I did a lot more filming than I did in the past, which I enjoyed. I think this internship benefitted me greatly, as I made many connections and got my name out there into the film industry. I was able to learn about the intricacies of the industry and the behind-the-scenes aspects that do not revolve around filming and editing. I learned the business around the industry. As I move forward in my career, I hope to use everything I have learned to progress in my filming and business connection abilities.
