Leaving Full Circle Studios

This semester was a difficult one for me, both in education as well as my personal life, and while I look over the things I’ve done at Full Circle, I’m happy with the experience I got. First, they were wonderful people to work with and extremely understanding. I worked on projects I hadn’t had the chance to try, like shooting and editing. I also worked on projects in the skillset that I’m used to, such as animation and graphic design. What I did the most, however, was a skill I had never really worked on before, talking to clients. I learned so much about the production industry and the steps normally taken. I had to work on my patience, understand finance and budget, and develop my communication skills, which were previously untapped. Working with the people I did, the clients, and learning about the structure of the industry has, I believe, set me up for success later in my life.
