My name is Brennen Harris. I am from Medina, NY and I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism at Canisius college. I am doing an internship this semester with Daemen College Athletics working the video board and soon will be learning to design new graphics for the men’s and women’s basketball team, and men’s volleyball team.
I was a little nervous having to learn a new program than what I have been used to with Canisius and with sports that I’m not super knowledgeable of. However, I was able to pick up on it pretty quickly after a day of shadowing someone.
Everyone has made me feel very welcomed, offering pizza in the break room and always making sure I’m good to go and ready for the games. I’m looking forward to continuing the internship with Daemen this semester and the experience I will gain from them for my future out of college.
