HomeCOMing Event

At the end of September I attended the HomeCOMing event at Canisius. The event was kindly organized by the Communication Department. There were quite a bit of attendees there. I love how it was organized clearly by the field that the professional worked. From there, I was able to prioritize who I wanted to speak with the most. On the other hand, it made the event lack natural flow. Meaning, the professionals were standing there waiting for someone to talk to them while most students waited in a line to talk to them. I unfortunately didn’t make any strong connections with anyone but it was a great experience to get back “in the game” post COVID.
