My summer internship is at Lemur Studios. They help other companies with creating video content. I’ve been working with the studio for about a month now and I’ve enjoyed it. There’s a lot that I’ve learned already. One of the most important things I’ve learned is that editing is important. It pays to be organized, but even simple edits can be time consuming. If one clip is out of place, one person is out of frame, audio clips are not synced with video, the project will look terrible. Minor details and file organization are key when editing. By the end of the internship, I’m hoping to be familiar enough with Adobe software that I could teach my friends who have never used editing software.
