Griff Fair Event Recap

A little late but, I attended Griff Fair on March 28th to begin to expand my network. I met with Channel 4, Pegula Sports and Entertainment, and Town Square Media (which owns and operates a variety of local Buffalo stations such as WYRK). Unfortunately, most of these places were looking for internships and summer jobs, but I did meet a few people and gather a few business cards. All in all, the event itself was a great experience. Getting to meet professionals in the field is always rewarding, and I hope to stay in contact with them moving forward. Even if these contacts don’t lead to jobs persay, the more people you know, the better.
