Starting at 103.3 and 1270

I’ve been interning with promotions at 103.3 The Edge Radio Station, as well as with 1270 The Fan and their morning show with Bucky and Sully for about two weeks now. I was skeptical at first about how much hands on experience I would get with things I can see myself doing once I graduate. However, my skeptical side was quickly forgotten once I was given the opportunity to speak on air during my initial interview day. Since then, I have become more and more integrated as a “Fourth Voice” on-air, and the hosts are constantly telling me they want to get me more and more integrated as the semester goes on. I’ve settled in quickly, and have made plenty of workplace friends, and am now tasked with coming up with Sports Updates and poll questions to discuss on-air every day that I am in. I am having a ton of fun so far, and cannot wait to continue working with them as the semester continues.
