Final Reflections

I had a blast this past semester interning at Kaleida Health. I was in their marketing department focusing on social media and event planning. Every day that I had the opportunity to go to Kaleida, I would start off with social media. I would write up two posts per day that would be posted on that day. I was allowed access to the Facebook page so I could post whenever I wanted. I was also able to help plan a lot of cool events. I did a lot with Rock Out Hunger which was a food drive around Kaleida Health. We teamed up with 97 Rock and had a van outside Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital for a whole week before Thanksgiving. It was great to see all the food collected that was brought to shelters across WNY. I also loved just how close I got with both my supervisors. They treated me like I was one of them and the opportunities that they gave me were endless. If I could stay there I would. I am truly going to miss it but am so thankful for the opportunities and the experience I gained.
