Working at the Elmwood Village Association was a really great experience. I got to work one on one with my supervisor so it was an easy and strong relationship to build. I am thankful for the skills she helped me develop like writing press releases and media pitches and connecting with people in the community. I am also thankful that some of the skills I already had could come into use like my writing. My supervisor praised my work this semester and I am proud to have been such a good member of the Elmwood Village Association team. I hope my future jobs are as great as this.
