Settling In

It is week 3 into the semester and my internship has begun to start picking up with intensity. I intern with the Canisius Athletic Department and I write short biographies on newly inducted alumni athletes into Canisius Atheltics’ Hall of Fame. Starting next week I will now be helping with game day recaps for all Canisius home games. It is exciting because coming into the semester I was hoping to help with sporting events. Finding the time to work at the office has been a seamless task with my schedule and I am enjoying working with my supervisor. I have met the other employees in the office and I believe that I will fit in with the entire staff. It is an open environment and everyone is willing to help each other, which is a quality that I have found very helpful. I am looking forward to the following weeks and picking up new tasks.
