On the Horizon

Over the past two weeks I have started to settle in to my internship with Horizon Health Services here in Buffalo. I will be working in the communications and marketing department for the remainder of my time with Horizon. So far I have been assigned various projects such as research on how to better develop of future marketing ploys. I feel very involved with the marketing department and am always included on what is happening. One of my favorite things about Horizon so far is my ability to speak up and that I am asked for input from my supervisor. I have learned just in these past two weeks how important it is to give feedback and not be afraid to speak and offer your ideas. I feel that Horizon is a great fit for me and am excited to continue on with the semester and how much I will learn.
