Final Reflection

My internship at ECMC in the HR department has been amazing! I have been able to do so much and learn so many new things. I’ve become really good at doing phone interviewing and selecting the best candidates. I’ve also met so many amazing people, and made great connections and know that in the future I can use these people as references for jobs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first internship and loved the environment of being in a hospital. I also developed close relationships with my supervisor and all the other interns and I think they are friendships that will last past my internship. Overall, I would recommend an internship at ECMC to anyone, and I really had an amazing experience and loved my time at ECMC.
