First Couple Weeks at Gelia

I have been interning at Gelia since January 11th. Gelia is an ad agency whose clients include Independent Health, Caterpillar and Trico. Coming into this internship I knew it was going to be a big responsibility. My first week was a little overwhelming but nothing I couldn’t handle. Gelia has an intern blog of their own, so I wrote a posting for that as well as worked on internet banner ads. I also gave my supervisor a list of my goals for the semester. I have worked on some social media concepting and that was a lot of fun. I get to be pretty independent and I enjoy being able to get my work done at a desk of my own. Everyone is really nice and friendly. I am excited to learn a lot from this internship and hope to build a solid portfolio while I am here. I have many knowledgeable people at my disposal so I hope to network my way to a job after I graduate this May.
