Final Experience at Internship

All in all I really enjoyed my internship experience. I accomplished my goal of getting experience in a professional workplace, and specifically working in marketing and communication. We did a lot of work with writing press releases, adding events to community calendars, and working with hoot suite to create mass social media postings. I worked with amazing people and staff and my fellow intern Joelle was amazing and I got to make great connections. I will leave this internship with a much greater understanding of what it takes to be a professional in a professional setting and how to conduct myself. I am very thankful to the Botanical Gardens for offering me this internship and for all those at Canisius who made this possible.
