My best piece of advice for anyone new to the internship world would be to make sure you make lasting impressions on the people you work with. You don’t realize it at first, but in the long run you’re just one of many interns your bosses will see passing through the office. With some companies having upwards of 10 interns per semester or year alone, you need to make sure your personality and work  won’t just be easily replaced. The best connections you can have in a company are the friends you’ve made there; they’ll be the ones who really have your back when the time comes.
