Early Friday Morning, January 4th, Canisius ITS updated the campus WordPress sites to WordPress 5.0. If you operate one of these sites, take some time to learn to use the new block editor.
The block editor allows you more options to organize and format text, images, and other content on pages and in posts. Additionally, embedding content hosted elsewhere is easier, too.
You can revert to the old editor, but the new one has a variety of new features and in the long run will be worth your time.
