At Canisius College, all faculty and staff have a Google Apps account, provided under Google’s Education license. This is a really handy replacement for traditional network drives and email, for quickly sharing files, and even collaborating within files, on the internet. Our faculty and staff accounts are connected to our Exchange email accounts, rather than a Google-supplied email system. This short tutorial video explains how these accounts work, and offers some options for using them.
