The Makerspace Creator Lab, located in the basement of the library, is open and ready to partner with Canisius Faculty for research and classes!
The Makerspace offers tools, resources, and training for the following activities:
- 3D Printing
- Can be used to create measuring jigs, custom boxes for electronics, create objects for students to write about, replicas of cultural objects, etc.
- T-Shirt/Clothing Printing*
- Going somewhere or want a more interactive way to present information? Why not make a custom T-Shirt! We offer to ways to make custom shirts, dye sublimation and vinyl
- *Please bring your own clothing. More information provided from the Makerspace Homepage.
- Sticker and Safety-pin Button making
- Custom stickers/buttons always bright the day (and are great for project-based learning too)!
