Questions addressed to the ITS helpdesk regarding D2L, Google Drive, Qualtrics, and other applications are efficiently routed to COLI staff. This is a better option than emailing individual COLI staff members, since it allows both COLI employees to see an assist with your question, resulting in better response times. And where concerns overlap with ITS staff, COLI and ITS can more easily work together to assist you.
