Here We Go
By Lyndsay | April 16, 2012
The semester is coming to an end and it is definitely hitting me. Here we go with the load of papers and tests, but I’m looking forward to the end of the semester. It has gone by way too fast. Signing up for classes was successful and a lot less nerve racking than usual. At 8:55 on the Saturday morning of class registration I’m usually nervous and my stomach is filled with butterflies, on top of being really groggy and tired. But this year it was better because I knew I could be forced into any classes I didn’t get into because I’ll be a senior! Good to know. A senior already! It is crazy and I still have yet to accept it.
Some more good news is that I got accepted into the Immersion East Side Seminar with my roommate. It counts as an elective for me and is going to be a really great experience over the summer for a few days. I’m actually really excited and interested to see who else is participating. Another good thing about getting three extra credit hours is that I only have to take four classes each semester next year. I also made my schedule with no Friday classes. It’s amazing how my college career is winding down and ending. It’s nice feeling accomplished and very satisfying knowing that because I have done well, I can take less classes, have a more relaxed schedule and an almost complete Griff audit (the course requirement program).
Hope everyone’s end of the semester goes smoothly.
