The ETS

By Dan | February 27, 2011

Last night I decided to go to Elmwood Taco and Subs for dinner, and I ran into some of my friends from Canisius who apparently had the same idea that I did. It was actually kind of weird because we all ordered the same thing: combo number one, or two tacos with waffle fries and a drink. I have to say that my order was slightly different because I also ordered a side of nacho cheese sauce to dip my fries in–try it, it will seriously change your life–but this is only a slight variation from the apparent norm.

Earlier this week I was having dinner with my friend Michael and learned there are two types of people in Buffalo: those who like Jim’s SteakOut and those who like ETS. I most definitely fall in the latter category.

I would also like to point out how much my college experience has revolved around food. Buffalo is great for it holds a wide variety of excellent restaurants. We have everything from classic Italian food at Chef’s and Cecelia’s to pub style cuisine at Cole’s and Laughlin’s to ritzy steakhouses such as Prime 490 and the Buffalo Chop House. I better go because all this talk of food is making me hungry! Nom nom nom! ;)
