I’ve been buying a lot of clothes lately. It’s really weird because I’m normally not like that at all! Because of working in the mall, though, I’ve found I like a lot more things I normally would never see and feel compelled to buy them. Maybe that’s the trick! I just got back from the Sabres game and oh my gosh…it was amazing!! For those of you who do not know what the Sabres are, they are our hockey team in the NHL. We won 6-2 and we kicked some Floridian butt! I was in the 300 section and the seats were still awesome… CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

That blows my mind. I cannot believe that my first year of college is almost done! It really flew by! Anyway also over break I will be going to the museum in Buffalo with my boyfriend’s little cousin who we babysit for all the time, so that should be fun! There were also other instrumental solos and a duet from various composers, one of them being Mozart. I sang “If Ever I Would Leave You” from the musical Camelot.

Canisius has it set up so that when you enter the college, you get a Google account on the my.canisius.edu domain. This means you get GMail (your username@my.canisius.edu), Google Calendar, and Google Docs. All three of these are useful…

Here’s one thing for sure I’ll do though, I’d like to visit this town we went to last year for Campus Ministry’s immersion trip called Suchitoto. I had McDonald’s for the first time in eight months yesterday when I visited Guatemala for the night. I was literally a raving lunatic: salivating, attempting to order a quarter pounder with cheese in spanish, trying to pay with quetzalas and laughing with sheer child-like excitement.
